Medical components to plasma nozzles, we have a precision engineered solution.

Italy Precision CNC Machining can provide customers with a total solution under one roof, offering sub and complete assembly operations at our modern manufacturing facility.

As part of Italy Precision CNC Machining’s ability to provide customers with a total solution under one roof, we offer sub and complete assembly operations at our modern manufacturing facility.

 

In order to achieve the lowest cost, elimination of non value added activities is essential. Italy Precision CNC Machining has taken steps in its manufacturing operation to incorporate assembly and test operations within its machining cells.

 

Using its engineering expertise, Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing) assembly fixturing has been designed and developed to ensure assembly integrity is maintained.

  • technical discussions on product design for manufacture can be simplified
