Who we are

We have the knowledge, skills, and resources to engineer innovative solutions from one-off parts to high volume components

Precision engineering a speciality

There are engineers; there are precision engineers; and then there’s Italy Precision CNC Machining. We’ve moved beyond precision engineering, combining innovative techniques with advanced automation and total quality control to provide the perfect solution.

 

For us, precision engineering is our starting point.  Every machine, every production system and process is geared to deliver the ultimate level of precision, consistently, efficiently and to the highest quality.

 

At our headquarters and cold forming, CNC machining and assembly manufacturing centre in Varese, Wales, you’ll find that precision engineering and quality control are embedded at every stage of our operation.

 

This means that we can respond quickly, efficiently and cost effectively to the needs of your business, whether the demand is for a small number of complex assemblies or the long term production of high volume components.

 

Our production technologies include:

  • precision cold forming systems
  • medical standard clean manufacturing with dedicated
  • advanced robotic handling systems for high volume production
  • custom built Citizen machining centres

  • 3D modelling, FEA and CAD/CAM systems, with DNC to shop floor
  • fast prototype engineering, with FTP information exchange
  • in-house tool design and engineering
